Adding Sugar Slack to SugarCRM
Go to the Sugar Slack channel in your Slack Workspace. Type in /sugar to bring up the login prompt, and fill in the details with your credentials.
Once you’re done, a message will appear, prompting you to download a file, so go ahead and do so.
