Accessing the Splash Gamification Dashboard

After FayeBSG has installed and deployed the Splash package into your organization's SugarCRM instance a "playing card" icon will appear in the top right hand side of the navigation bar. Clicking on this icon will open of a Player's Gamification Dashboard.

The Gamification Dashboard has four tabs: My Gameboard, My Team's Leaderboard, Teams Leaderboard, and Players Leaderboard.

My Gameboard

This tab in the Gamification Dashboard is divided into three sections: Player Card, Challenges, and Achievements.

  1. Player Card: From this section the user can "Redeem" or "Give" Coins to other users. The Player card shows that Player's current Level, Points total, and Coins. Listed beneath that data is the Players: Overall Rank, Yearly Rank, Quarterly Rank, Monthly Rank. Each ranking shows a change percentage derieved from the difference between their current rank and their previous rank for an equivalent time period (e.g. This Quarter vs. Last Quarter).
    1. Redeem: If a Player chooses to "redeem" their Coins they will be redirected to the Rewards page where they can click on the reward they want to redeem. This page will list all of the available Rewards as well as show them the ones they can currently afford.

    2. Give: This option allows a Player to send Coins to another Player. This is great if they want to reward someone for helping them out or if there is a prize they can share that neither has enough Coins to purchase yet. The Player just needs to enter the Name of the Player they want to send their Coins to and the quantity of Coins they want to send. Please note this means that Coins will be subtracted from the "giving" Player's account and added to the "receiving" Players account.

  2. Challenges: This section is divided into three sub-sections: Ongoing, Available, and Completed.
    1. Ongoing: This shows the user what progress they've made on Challenges that are currently "Ongoing" for them.
    2. Available: This shows the user all of the Available to them excluding "Ongoing" Challenges. This section is sorted by: Automatic and Manual.
      1. Automatic: These Challenges that initiate automatically for the user when they complete a relevant Game Action that is part of an Available Challenge.
      2. Manual: These Challenges require the user to "manually" initiate the Challenge which they can do from this window by clicking the "Start" button on the Challenge they would like to start.
    3. Completed: This shows the user all of the Challenges that they have "Completed" thus far.
  3. Achievements: This section shows all of the Badges available to the Player. If they have been awarded any Badges those Badges will be in full color. Badges that have not been awarded are grayed out.

My Team's Leaderboard

This tab in the Gamification Dashboard is divided into two sections: Team's Ranking and Team Member Ranking

  1. Team's Ranking: This section shows a Team's Ranking as a whole relative to all other Teams. This is an abbreviated version of the "Teams Leaderboard" tab. Each ranking shows a change percentage derieved from the difference between their current rank and their previous rank for an equivalent time period (e.g. This Quarter vs. Last Quarter).
  2. Team Member Ranking: This section shows an abbreviated version of each Team members Player card. This allows a Player to see how other team members rank relative to them.

Players Leader Board

This tab in the Gamification Dashboard is divided into four tabs: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Overall. A Players ranking for each time period is determined by the number of Points they've gotten in that specific time period. A Player might be leading with the most Points this Quarter but be trailing in all other time periods. If a Player wants to see where they rank for a given time period they can do so by clicking on the time period option they want to view.
